Fee basis: Florida notary fees are calculated per notarial act, on a per certificate and per seal basis. If a single certificate covers multiple signers and requires only one seal, one fee applies. If separate certificates are completed for each signer, a fee applies to each. All fees are consistent with Florida statutory maximums.
A note on apostilles: Spinnaker Solutions does not issue apostilles. Apostilles are issued solely by the Florida Secretary of State. However, we can notarize the underlying document that you then submit to the Secretary of State for apostille certification. Contact us if you need guidance on that process.
